Mary has worked in medical collections for more
than 30 years. Her career began at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Illinois where
she worked for 21 years. |
| There her responsibilities encompassed
admissions, billing, collections, and government contracts. |
| |
| Mary relocated to Las Vegas and in 1994 joined
Valley Health System where she handled insurance collections for 2 hospitals.
In 1997, she moved to Desert Springs Hospital and served as Supervisor of
Credit & Collections. After a consolidation of several hospitals in 1999,
Mary took over as Supervisor of Insurance Collections before accepting a
position at CSA. Mary has completed extensive specialized training in insurance
collection, office management, and fair debt collection practices. |

Nancy possesses nearly 2 decades of experience
in insurance contract negotiations, coding claims, billing, and collections.
|
| Before joining CSA, Nancy served as a
Self-Pay/Customer Service Supervisor for 3 large Las Vegas hospitals within the
Valley Health System. |

| Prior to this, she spent more than 12 years as an
Insurance Manager and Office Manager of Health Services at the University of
Notre Dame. Nancy has completed extensive specialized training in coding,
supervisory development, management, and collections. |
